cannot start app

I'm using discord for a roll20 game and 2 weeks ago the app on my tower stopped working and i no longer can start it I tried to uninstall and reinstall but sond no longer worked and the problem came back.

last friday I had to ue my laptop for my game and now the discord on it no longer start.

what should I do?
