[Suggestion] Compact Server View Mode

I'm in an insane amount of servers by choice. Notifications are one thing, but finding what server I want to get to is a massive chore with the current UI.

I've went ahead and made a simple mock-up mostly in Photoshop. This is what I'd purpose.
