Update the Discord Streamkit Overlay to recognize custom emotes.

I could've sworn it was working fine a few years ago, but ever since a certain update Discord custom emotes have become invisible through the Streamkit chat on OBS (Default emotes are still visible). Please fix this.  Especially with a Discord channel that accompanies a live stream, a bulk of the chat messages will consist of emotes that are sadly invisible to the stream viewers at the moment.
