Yearly Discord Nitro ended early

Today my yearly Discord Nitro subscription ended and lasted exactly one month, is this another Nitro update like the one from a few years ago or a lousy developer work?

How can I resume my yearly Nitro that I paid for?
Or is there a way to get my money back?
