Stream warnings
Add the ability to add warning text for streams
Some people are epileptic, or don't wanna see NSFW streams that god knows why people do, so
There should be the ability to add some text that pops up as soon as you click "View Stream" that shows the text they put asking you if you are sure you actually want to look at the stream
Example:
I put the text saying "Epilepsy warning" and start up the stream
Someone attempts to join the screen but instead of the stream instantly appearing the "Epilepsy warning" Text I put will show up and then it'll ask them if they actually want to view the stream
if they press no then it'll back them out
if they press yes it'll show them the stream
