SUGGESTION: Master voice chat loudness control

I would appreciate a feature that would allow me to control the loudness of other users in the channel/server.

add a master slider that would adjust all the users on the client side to a certain decibel. it should lower the volume of people who are too loud and boost the sound of those who are too low automatically.
