Lower Spotify volume when joining call or voice channel

Have an option that automatically turns down spotify playback to a certain level when you join a Discord call or voice channel, and then set it back to normal when you leave the call or voice channel. This shouln't be hard to implement as Discord already has a connection with Spotify.
