Call Audio Going Out Constantly

The call audio keeps going out constantly when gaming with my friends, or even just chatting, leaving the call and re-entering the call fixes the issue temporarily but its still super frustrating, especially when sometimes it only fixes it for a few seconds. This is happening both in servers and in dms and group dms. It seems a lot of people on the internet are having this issue as of the past few days, but no one has a fix.
