Disable Discord Microphone when receving a Phone Call

I am having an issue where being in group calls with unknown people, they can here my private discussion from a phone call received by the bank. After having a discussion and sharing real information about myself and addresses this became a hazard for myself and my family. Can you please fix the following issue and mute the Discord microphone when receiving a Phone Call.
