Give an option to tell a member why you are deleting their message in the confirmation window.

I had to delete a message on my team's discord because someone said something inappropriate. But I know for a fact that the person didn't mean to be at all. So when I deleted it I felt bad and wanted to let the person know exactly why their message got deleted. I know I can scroll for that person's name, click on it, and then tell them why there message got deleted. But I know for the future, when there are way more people in keep track of and mod, It would be a way better work flow to be able to tell them right then and there the message was deleted.
