Overlay Blacklist

let me blacklist some games so they don't try to use the overlay. For example, the game "Star Wars: battlefront 2 (Classic, 2005)" on steam, has a glitch that makes it so the screen blacks out if you try to play while the overlay is turned on (but left closed). I would like to be able to blacklist that game so I don't have to remember to turn the overlay back on if I'm playing a game where I do want to use it.
