Group dm's

admins:add a role called admin which cannot be edited or deleted. it can ban members.

disconnects from group: when you remove members from a group it is like kicking a member. make it so they are now bans

mini group: add a new way of chatting which is just like group dm's but with a 4 player limit. and no admins.

slowmode: the owner can add slowmode
