Ability to let server administartors contact members regardless of privacy setttings
Sometimes as a server owner (or someone with administartor rights) you want to contact somebody, for whatever reason (you want to discuss something with them). But if they have DM's from servers toggled off you can't contact them without adding them as "friend" in some cases this isn't to bad or anything. But some people you just don't want to add them as "friend", for instance if someone didn't behave (something against discord TOS/Server rules) and what to point that out.
This should offcourse go the other way around as well, members should always be able to contact the owner (or someone with administartor rights) this sould be toggable tho as some server owners (for instance a famous person with a discord) might not like his/hers dms getting flooded.

Good idea, except might be an idea to block bots from sending you dms via that. Because I hate it to get spammed in my dms by bots.
