Chat setting for NON formatting.

An option for a server text chats to have an option to NOT format when using **  ~~ and so on.
This is practical when in a study group for coding, since this sometimes destroys your written code.
when sharing parts of code that it doesn't get formatted.

We just want a toggel swich like "Pornografik channel" but for Non formarting chat.

This would be a lot of help when sharing code and textbases calculations.
