Server Unmute people not connected to Voice

It's currently impossible to server unmute/undeafen a user if they're not connected to a voice channel, which can be a hassle in case you can't be online when the user to be server unmuted/undeafened is online. Could it be changed to include server mute/deafen in the right-click menu of users?
