(feature request) double ticks when a message is viewed
firstly I want to say that discord is a very good platform to chat on but, one feature that would make it better for me is a double tick system similar to those in Whatsapp indicating that your message has been read

What if I don't want people to see if I have read the message? I often don't have time to reply immediately. That tag would impose reply-stigma on the conversation.
(EDIT: Sorry, didn't mean to shoot down your suggestion, but maybe it's not for everybody)1
