BRING BACK COLUMN RESIZING IN DESKTOP APP

Why was column resizing even disabled?

I want to make the Channels and the Users columns wider so I can see the entire names without floating the cursor over them and waiting for the tooltip to appear.

Also, why aren't there User Interface and Desktop App categories here?
