reporting is big stinky

Ok so basically i reported 2 people for spamming and saying the n word and none of them have gotten a warning/account disabled for it! i just don't understand it i gave them like 5 links for the spam and 3-4 for them saying the n word and still havent gotten them to do anything not even them removing the spam is it the the timing of the msg bc it happened in march!
