Audio Device Output Bug (Snapchat, Bluetooth)

1. Whenever opening up Snapchat while using Bluetooth headsets, Discord switches active audio device into speakers. 

2. Whenever Bluetooth speakers are connected, I need to re-select them in Discord (Even if it says that they're the active audio output). 

These problems have been experienced on Android devices.
