Record Screen Sharing

It would be nice to have the ability to record someone screen when in a call. A notification would then be sent where you can either accept or deny it.

This can attract user researchers, who are already using Discord to communicate with the community of a game. It would also limit the number of applications needed, as there is no more need for a secondary recorder.
