Make 'Account Credit' Nitro Gift-able to friends

A lot of times I see people with stacked nitro in their 'Account Credit' that simply collect dust until their time. I believe if they were able to be gifted to others, not only would it promote people to buying Nitro later, but it'll also increase activity all over discord when gifts are more commonly found since they would be able to get traded and gifted from one person to another even after redeemed. 
I myself have stacked nitro and would love to give it to some friends!
It promotes activity all over discord as well as users to continue purchasing Nitro in the future.
