Invisible/hidden/private roles

An option in roles to:
A) only be visible to admin/moderators, or
B) only visible by roled user and server admin/moderators, or
C) at least not to appear on the user card/profile.
This allows for more advanced management of members without the problems of giving too many roles.

    I was about to suggest a role visible only for moderation !
    For me, it would be very usefull for the youngest (under 18/21), so the moderators can be extra carefull when they're engaging with others. And adapt the way they explain things (and help them protect themselves better).
