Only Emote Chats

Hey Discord,

i thought it could be cool if staff of a Discord could make a channel go in emoji only mode much like how Twitch has emote only mode in stream chats. This could bring a lot of fun to people in the discord community and cold spark some fun moments with people only being able to communicate with emojis instead of normal text.
