Is there any way to turn off notifications for @everyone without turning off notifications for @my_username

I want to know if someone directly @'s me, but I don't care about the many @everyone's that every server I'm in posts all the time and I end up just not checking any notifications because the amount of @ everyone's I receive is obscene
