Suggestion for Discord

Hey!

This is a suggestion I think would improve discord as a whole.

Pinned Messages, currently people don't really check pinned messages which is why I think it would be a really cool feature to have Pinned Messages appear at the top of the channel.

Telegram is a program that has this, telegram is a messaging software and when you pin a message it appears at the top of the channel.
