I found an bug

i just chatting on a channel and the channel is on slowmode and slowmode cooldown is activated(not slowmode i mean slowmode cooldown(after typing))and I just editing a message but slowmode is disabled being editing and i quit message editing mode and i tried to send message but they told me "the slowmode is on"
