Nitro is lost

My nitro was to run out on the 19th and I got gifted nitro by a friend and then I logged in on safari and deleted discord of my phone for a few minutes because my profile picture was blurry and I saw that my nitro was taken away or it bugged and disappeared. Why did this happen and can I get my nitro back??
