Device Information/Alt Catching
VPN's can be used to bypass IP bans.
It would be more difficult to circumvent a device ban.
So let us get a device information of the joining users or an option for auto banning if a user join again from the same device-new account. If there is a breach of privacy, make an option for users to agree upon.
@Discord Team, Please help us to difficult these bad actors and make the chat platform a better and safer place.

I personally disagree with this, if there's a privacy breach and you should make a user to agree upon it, what if they don't? I doubt Discord even collect info apart from IP address and operating system, leaking the hashed IP is a huge security breach and is in fact called doxing, which if I remember correctly, is illegal (see more), try using a 3rd party authentication system, if you're too scared of bots nuking servers or not trusting security bots, you're just paranoid 💀
