Feature - Add option to receive notifications from a channel for a set time after pinging it

Usually having servers/certain channels notification muted is standard (at least for me), but a feature that could be useful especially for game servers is adding the option to receive notifications from a channel after pinging @everyone or @ a certain role in that channel, making it easier to know when someone has responded if they haven't @'d you
