Remove threads, and give us power to disable stickers

As the title says, give us power to completely disable threads and stickers from being used or posted.

No, actually, remove threads as a whole from the app, it's super bad, useless, and no one wants a forum style convo in discord, it's super bad, and i dunno how it got approved.

    I want a forum style convo in Discord. Also it's a feature Slack has, and they have to compete with Slack.
