Bots in threads

Currently, when a thread is made of a text channel that is full of bots, the bots don't automatically get added to this thread. This makes it impossible to use bot commands in a thread, while it is possible in the main channel.

  The bots should upgrade to API v9, which supports threads https://discord.com/developers/docs/topics/threads
