Allow moderators to archive a thread "as user"

I noticed that when you archive a thread as a moderator, it says that, and the thread can apparently only be archived by other moderators. Sometimes I'm not too sure a conversation is really over, and I want to be able to archive a thread while still allowing normal users to bring it back.
