Feature Request: A way to save what I like in the server.

While using a discord server, when I see something which I would like to save for future reference purpose, I have no means to do that. Off course I could save it on evernote or maybe in a word file on my pc, but that would be a very inefficient way to save what I would like to save for the purpose of viewing it later, or for saving it for any purpose i like.

For eg: I'm on Manim, it's a programming server in Discord. Very often I come across something: either a code or some suggestion about programming that I like, but there's no way to save it for later. At present what I do is I take the screenshot, edit it (mostly crop it) in MS paint, and then upload it to my Evernote account. That's a tremendous hassle, everytime. 

I really wish there was some way in discord itself, to save anything I like, forever. Also, when I like a comment(by using a thumbsup emoji), I would like to be able to get back to it in the shortest possible time. The search function should include something like: from user: liked or disliked. It would make discord so much efficient for everyone.
