Interact with buttons/menus permissions

Since recent Discord API updates, buttons and menus have been added. It started to be a trend and every cool bot started having ones. 
I would not suggest that if it would be possible to disable it within a bot, but it is not.

It would be cool if Discord added permission "Interact with buttons/menus" to the server's member permissions (and role permissions, obviously). 

Hope I am not the only one to want that, it is really needed and would be cool.

  Bump. I'd love to be able to restrict users from being able to click on buttons (https://discordjs.guide/interactions/buttons.html) with the same level of scrutiny that we have with, for example, reactions.
