Account disabled for wrong person
Today night while i was in sleep my account got disabled because they said I posted something which can't. but this must be something misunderstanding. I didn't post anything like that because i never post anything anywhere. I always just whatch or sometime write but never send pictures. And I never whatch pictures like that.

There's currently a link that grabs discord tokens floating around the shady servers of discord.
My guess is that you clicked on it, got compromised, and respread the message unknowingly.
Afterwards, someone filed a report and the this is what happened.
Sorry to say, it's unlikely that you'll be getting your account back
