How do I set this up?

I am trying to create this set up:
- Campus A Category
-- Nurse Channel
=== hidden ===
- Campus B
-- Nurse Channel
- Campus C
-- Nurse Channel
=== hidden ===
For everyone with role Campus A *and* role Nurse, they will see the nurse channel in Campus A Category pop up. I want the the deciding factor for which category to show to be the role with the campus.
No other campuses and nursing channels will pop up.
My issue so far is because each campus has a nurse channel, each nurse channel in each channel pops up when a user has the nurse role.
I currently have a pick your role page where carlbot takes care of assigning roles according to user's selection. How can I structure roles to make this work? Thank you
