Group Role Permissions
The ability to have certain channels/categories private unless you have a specific grouping of roles (Ignoring administrator permissions obviously.) For example, for one to have access to "team one leaders", one would need to have both the "Team One" Role AND the "Team Leader" Role. That way people who only have the "Team One" role wouldn't have access to it and neither would other "Team Leaders". Sure, one could make a Team One Leader role and that would work fine but it overcomplicates roles and makes things much more annoying. The basic framework seems to be in discord anyways just needs some minor modifications to make it work.
In addition to this, role groups could also be implemented to further help with this and overall just make moderating a server a simpler and less infuriating experience.

This already exists, It's called making a role specific channel or category labelled "Team one" and "Team two".
Please actually read the server features before asking for something that is already possible.
