Require university email for servers

I love the direction of the university hubs; however, I have some reservations about adding our lgbtq student center server to the hub before being able to make it more secure. 

The ability to require connecting an account to a university email on our server in a similar way it is to join a school's hub would be an incredibly useful tool for a server like ours.
