Communication between Discord and Games Clients!

Add "game" chat to discord, since most games are connected to discord, I thought maybe it would be possible to chat using discord with other platform like , LoL Client, Steam, Battle.Net and etc without having to open up the client. 

For example, a friends message from lol client will pop up in discord
