Use mobile controls on small desktop windows

When a window is made very small on the desktop version of Discord, it is taken up completely by the channel/DM and server navigation. I think that it should instead change to the mobile version, where you drag your mouse on the side to bring those out. I find it annoying to not be able to use discord as a web panel on my Vivaldi browser
