Subscribe to a message reply notification which is not yours.

It would be nice, especially for discord server around asking questions on topics, if I could subscribe to the replies of a message. In most cases this would be questions asked, I'm interested in the answer. So that not only the author of the question gets a notification if he gets an answer but me as well, without having to look into the chat the whole time to not lose track of the question or copy&paste the message link.
