Respect system Do Not Disturb for notification sounds on Desktop

Currenly, while OS Do Not Disturb (Focus Assist on Windows) stops notification pop ups from appearing, notifications sounds are still played, as Discord handles them separetely. This can be very annoying. I suggest that this is changed so that enabling Do Not Disturb on Desktop actually also silences notification sounds.

  7 months and still not fixed. Discord sounds are giving me anxiety, When I set Do Not Disturb in Windows 11 all apps are respecting it but not Discord. Fix it please.
