Add languages to Discord partner program

Hi,
Recently Discord's partner program reopened and I noticed that many languages are missing in my opinion, like Hebrew and Russian I think.
In my opinion, it is necessary to add more languages to the Discord affiliate program so that a new target audience of affiliates will come and sign up for the program and we will be more comfortable.
