I'm locked out of the account! Is there a way to fix this?

Locked out of the account. Tried verifying by the phone I have put as my phone number for my account previously and instead of a code I'm getting "An existing Discord account is already using this number". Tried login out and logging in, still locked out on all devices. Can anybody suggest what to do? This feels like a sick joke to be honest
