Allow jumping to a specific reply even if the person in question is blocked.

This thing right here, why is this is even a thing? I'm on a large server infested with GIF-spammers, of which I block every single one, but I still want to be able to follow a conversation, yet this feature right here makes that impossible. Why is this even a thing? Why not allow me to jump to the specific "Show messages" under which this comment is located by clicking the reply citation? Are you willfully trying to be obfuscative?
