Time based rights on channels

I have run across a need to have time based access to certain channels or groups.  I would love to see the ability to have access granted to roles to items in discord based upon time schedules.

For example, I have a ticket system, but I would like users to only see and have access to it during specific times, or for specific durations.  This would be role based more than user based.
