Nitro doesn’t appear when I bought it

Hi there it’s been 4 days since I haven’t got my nitro in app, I’ve already got the subscription and it’s renewing in weeks please help, I got proof and I’m not attempting to show personal information im trying to choose the restore subscription button but it won’t work help 😭😭😭
