Member Screening

Member screening opens up a Nice tab when People first join the server, sadly it has have the “verify e-mail” step… could we please make that optional? Also when i try to use Welcome screen instead i Can only setup with adding channels that are open to all, not private channels.. this feels kinda weird to me.
