[Suggestion] Gif implementation in messages

It would be awesome if gifs could be added to messages like emoji or images before sending. In other words, it is annoying that if I want to send a gif with text, I have to send 2 separate messages. Getting rid of the system that automatically sends a gif if I click on it and replacing it with one where it is functionally the same as sending a picture (where it asks if you want to add text) would be perfect. You could also have both systems but using a shift click prevents it form sending right away.
