Don't allow change of file extension in "Modify Attachment"

The Modify Attachment update is useful, but it is wayy too easy to accidentally change/delete file extensions when changing the name of the file.

For example if you accidentally delete the file extension of an image attachment you are renaming, the image can no longer be previewed within discord, or even once downloading unless you give the file the correct extension.
